A Internet é uma máquina de guerra, a cibernética é uma nova tecnologia de governo e o ponto de partida e de chegada do novo capitalismo, pelo que só a entropia (esse conceito fundamental da teoria da informação) o pode combater. Provocar a entropia é ficar invisível para os instrumentos de vigilância e de captura, tornar-se opaco para a visão cibernética.
